Hanzel Sanchez
MSN, APRN, FNP-C, FNP-BC
Hanzel Sanchez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, FNP-BC, is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of nursing experience spanning primary care, urgent care, perioperative leadership, home health, hospice, and IV infusion therapy. He provides compassionate, evidence-based care for patients across the lifespan, with a focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, wellness, and patient education.
Hanzel is known for his calm, approachable demeanor and his ability to make patients feel comfortable, heard, and supported in their care. He takes a collaborative and personalized approach to treatment, helping patients feel empowered in their health journey while delivering high-quality care with attention to both clinical excellence and overall well-being.
